Staff Software Engineer
Tasks
- Build MCP execution layer and bridge agents to exchange tools
- Build agent runtime systems
- Build monitoring and alerting for agent failures and data corruption
- Capture agent telemetry and analytics for fleet learning
- Centralize ratchet stop profit trailing backend
- Create deployment pipeline with CI CD zero downtime rollouts
- Design data layer for enriched market ingestion and APIs
- Develop backend infrastructure for autonomous trading
- Implement health monitoring for agent fleet state and stuck detection
- Implement model hosting and inference pipeline
- Implement scanner gateway and rules engine with YAML configurations
- Lead model and agent hosting migration in house
- Manage cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code
- Migrate agent deployment platform to own infrastructure
- Own incident response and production operations
- Own plugin runtime position tracking and exit engine
