Enablement Engineer
Tasks
- Adhere to change management and documentation standards
- Build API integrations and webhook development
- Build and deploy automation scripts and workflows
- Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers on workflow requirements
- Deploy automation workflows before go live
- Document integrations and automation logic in knowledge base
- Execute testing and validation for automation deployments
- Implement integrations between ticketing systems and automation tools
- Maintain automation solutions and respond to failure alerts
- Monitor automation performance and surface optimization opportunities
- Write maintainable automation code
