Staff Machine Learning Engineer
Tasks
- Build scalable systems for forecasting and yield optimization
- Collaborate with data engineering to integrate third party data and behavioral signals
- Define MLOps architecture standards and tooling for retraining and monitoring
- Design and deploy low latency ML pipelines for real time bidding and ad delivery
- Drive experimentation using A B testing and model optimization
- Evaluate third party tools and platforms for build vs buy decisions
- Mentor engineers on ML engineering best practices
- Own ML performance metrics tied to business impact
