- Coordinate cross functional teams for technical delivery
- Create software project plans and effort estimations
- Define software scope milestones deliverables
- Ensure ASPICE compliance
- Ensure ISO 21434 compliance
- Ensure ISO 26262 compliance
- Ensure software architecture modularity reusability scalability
- Lead embedded software projects
- Manage software feasibility analysis
- Manage software quality requirements architecture design code unit tests and integration tests
- Oversee AUTOSAR classic and adaptive development
- Oversee BSP MCAL middleware development
- Oversee bootloader and OTA development
- Oversee communication protocols development
- Oversee diagnostics UDS development
- Oversee embedded C and C++ development
- Own technical decision-making
- Perform risk analysis and mitigation
- Report project status to internal management and customers
- Serve as primary customer interface
- Track progress KPIs burn down and defect metrics
