Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations
Tasks
- Align staffing and capacity for kitting and production volume
- Audit GTIN GS1 128 ASIN and labeling documentation
- Conduct end of day operational summaries
- Coordinate with departments to resolve operational constraints
- Determine optimal shipment mode in WMS
- Develop and audit standard operating procedures
- Drive B2B fulfillment execution excellence
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety programs
- Ensure compliance with packing guides and labeling requirements
- Evaluate feasibility for special requests and projects
- Investigate operational quality incidents
- Maintain service level adherence
- Manage inventory lot hold and release in WMS
- Manage operational metrics reporting
- Monitor purchase order pickup pack ship within SLAs
- Oversee kitting and value added services operations
- Produce root cause analysis corrective actions preventative measures reports
- Schedule carrier pickups and resolve missed pickups
