Tasks
- Coach fulfillment service excellence
- Coordinate with leadership and MOD
- Ensure SIMS compliance
- Escalate issues to leadership
- Maintain safe organized and compliant fulfillment areas
- Manage scheduling coverage and communication of fulfillment priorities
- Operate powered equipment safely
- Partner with sales team for pro call ahead orders
- Perform daily safety checks
- Pick stage and validate orders
- Reduce shrink through validation
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues
- Support inventory accuracy through audits
- Use Orders App to fulfill pickup install delivery and same day orders
