- Architect microcontroller initialization code and bootloaders
- Author low level software architecture documents
- Configure and customize AUTOSAR MCAL and BSW layers
- Debug hardware software interaction faults
- Develop bare metal and RTOS AUTOSAR OS solutions
- Develop hardware optimized drivers for microcontroller peripherals
- Enforce MISRA C timing and memory constraints
- Implement ISO 26262 functional safety mechanisms
- Interface with silicon vendors and evaluate microcontrollers
- Lead design and development of custom complex device drivers
- Mentor junior BSW developers and conduct code reviews
