Tasks
- Apply statistical testing and causal inference
- Architect and deliver agentic AI systems
- Architect data transformations and ingestion methods
- Architect end to end AI solutions with vector stores and pipelines
- Build LLM evaluation frameworks and automated eval harnesses
- Build business cases for AI led process transformation
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical sign off
- Define AI metrics and KPIs and support reporting integrations
- Define and uphold engineering standards and best practices
- Define data contracts and interface specifications
- Design LLM integration architecture for production
- Design and implement RAG architectures
- Design scale reliability and cost optimizations
- Develop NLP forecasting anomaly detection and recommendation solutions
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes
- Embed model explainability and fairness assessments
- Enforce data engineering standards and governed reusable frameworks
- Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks and tooling
- Fine-tune and align LLMs
- Implement MLOps pipelines for training versioning and monitoring
- Implement advanced transformation patterns including streaming and incremental load
- Implement automated data quality validation
- Implement data as a product practices
- Lead AI augmented RPA implementations for unstructured inputs
- Lead full ML lifecycle problem framing and deployment
- Lead technical discovery for AI and data use cases
- Mentor and upskill engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Present technical findings to senior stakeholders
- Provide AI and data SME escalation point
- Translate AI and data strategy into shipped solutions
- Translate research into internal prototypes and proof of concepts
