Tasks
- Create executive presentations and narratives to drive decisions
- Develop enhance and maintain KPIs and dashboards
- Distinguish net new analytics investments from enhancements
- Manage KPI dashboards and reporting
- Own analytics intake prioritization and backlog management
- Partner with analytics governance and digital teams for KPI consistency and change control
- Perform rapid analysis using existing data models dashboards and tools
- Provide post deployment dashboard support and usage guidance
- Serve as KPI subject matter expert for definitions and interpretation
- Support sales strategy and operations with performance and channel analysis
- Translate business questions into analytics requirements and user stories
