- Analyze customer feedback and survey results
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams for VoC platform
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and trend identification
- Create automated reports and recurring KPI reporting
- Design interactive dashboards for Voice of Customer
- Improve data collection and ETL processes
- Manage customer experience databases and datasets
- Measure effectiveness of customer experience initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders on process improvement
- Perform statistical analysis and data visualization
- Prepare presentation materials for stakeholder alignment
- Support Voice of Customer platform upgrades and user adoption
- Support vendor system enhancements
- Translate complex data into recommendations
