Senior Computational Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with optimization controls and mechanical teams
- Compare CFD against BEM reduced order and reduced time domain models
- Create dashboards plots and technical reports
- Debug and diagnose CFD simulation issues
- Develop CFD automation pipelines
- Establish verification and validation standards
- Improve turbulence modeling and boundary conditions
- Lead CFD based performance validation
- Post process and visualize CFD results
- Prepare geometry and mesh CFD models
- Run CFD on on premises and cloud HPC systems
- Run and improve CFD workflows
- Set up and execute CFD solvers
- Validate against experimental and sea trial data
