Tasks
- Assist relationship managers and operations with system functionality and reporting
- Coordinate incident resolution with IT infrastructure and vendor teams
- Coordinate release activities with vendors and internal teams
- Define and implement monitoring alerting and automation
- Handle product configuration enhancements and feature enablement
- Lead major incident management and stakeholder communication
- Liaise with vendors for issues patches and enhancements
- Maintain incident logs tracking and reporting for audit and compliance
- Manage portfolio management and valuation support
- Monitor application performance batch jobs and trading order processes
- Own incident and problem management lifecycle aligned with ITIL
- Perform UAT and SIT testing for new modules and enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Prepare user guides SOPs and training materials
- Provide day to day application support for investment and brokerage systems
- Provide user support and technical guidance to business teams
- Support API middleware and file based integration and message processing
- Support customer investments including equities trading mutual fund subscriptions and redemptions
- Support integrations with core banking payment systems and market interfaces
- Support upgrades patches and releases
- Track open tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve issues
- Validate vendor fixes before production deployment
