Fulfillment Center Shipping Manager - 7am start
Tasks
- Approve PTO requests
- Communicate policies and administer corrective action
- Control inventory with inbound inventory manager
- Enforce safe work practices
- Ensure order accuracy integrity quality quantity
- Foster communication and teamwork
- Implement new training and improve training processes
- Load dispatch delivery trucks
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness
- Manage receiving storage inventory control picking packing
- Minimize misplaced materials and errors
- Monitor and enforce NEFCO training initiatives
- Operate warehouse equipment
- Oversee distribution operations
- Process parcel shipments for customer delivery
- Resolve timecard errors missing punches adjustments
- Review approve associate timecards
