Customer Success Manager
Tasks
- Advise customers on MongoDB best practices
- Build and execute customer account plans
- Collect customer feedback and identify roadblocks
- Coordinate with product engineering on solutions
- Deescalate and resolve critical customer issues
- Develop customer technology strategy guidance
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Forecast churn and growth
- Interview onboard and ramp team members
- Lead executive business reviews
- Manage relationship with sales leadership and account executives
- Provide customer health signals feedback for MongoDB Atlas
- Run customer enablement sessions
- Run enablement sessions and product certifications
