- Author executive level investment briefs and scaling plans
- Communicate delivery progress and risks to executives
- Conduct architecture readiness reviews
- Coordinate engineering resources and capacity planning
- Define MVP validation criteria
- Define intake and validation methodology
- Drive iteration cycles with engineering and prompt builders
- Establish stage gates and rollout readiness
- Lead cross functional RPA delivery sequencing
- Lead end to end AI skills delivery
- Maintain operating standards library
- Manage RPA operational governance
- Partner with legal and InfoSec for governance compliance
- Run weekly executive status reporting
- Support production bot health and exception handling
- Translate technical progress into business language
