Tasks
- Contribute hands on to architecture implementation debugging and investigations
- Design and evolve scalable architectures
- Develop full-stack applications
- Drive adoption of AI assisted and agentic workflows
- Improve CI CD testing observability reliability security and operations
- Lead and mentor senior software engineers
- Lead code reviews architecture reviews and technical design discussions
- Lead modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction
- Monitor engineering metrics and delivery indicators
- Partner with Product Design and Operations
- Promote asynchronous communication across distributed teams
- Provide technical leadership across frontend backend data and AI
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
