L2 Operations Support Engineer (Cloud & DevOps)
Tasks
- Automate operational tasks
- Create and maintain runbooks and operational procedures
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code
- Improve reliability and operational efficiency
- Monitor and support Kafka clusters and consumer groups
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot incidents
- Participate in on-call support and change management
- Perform release validation environment promotion and rollback
- Provide Level 2 production support
- Restore service and perform root-cause analysis
- Support CI CD pipelines and production deployments
- Support Kubernetes deployments scaling and configuration
- Support monitoring and observability
