Fulfillment Manager
Tasks
- Coordinate analysis planning and production scheduling
- Coordinate production scheduling based on customer requirements
- Ensure customer demand entered accurately
- Ensure long-term planning
- Execute MRP
- Handle client escalations
- Lead team to achieve department objectives
- Maintain communication with NPI
- Maintain finished goods inventory levels
- Manage customer commitments aligned with MRP
- Manage production planning fulfillment and supply demand
- Meet shipping commitments
- Review and improve fulfillment processes
- Supervise internal communications for customer requirements
- Support quality EHS asset security social responsibility ethics and labor compliance
