Tasks
- Add deep tracing and operational observability using OpenTelemetry
- Build retrieval augmented generation pipelines with hybrid retrieval reranking and grounding
- Build stateful and cyclic workflows
- Contribute guardrails for safe execution prompt injection resistance and policy compliance
- Define and monitor KPIs for latency cost and workflow success
- Define skill contracts for exposure discovery versioning and consumption
- Design long running resumable workflows with checkpointing and persistence
- Design memory patterns for short term episodic and semantic memory
- Design multi agent and digital worker orchestration patterns
- Develop reusable orchestration components for routing retries and fallback
- Drive reusable engineering standards shared libraries and reference patterns
- Implement MCP tool calling and agent interaction standards
- Implement automated evaluation frameworks for workflow and skill quality
- Implement resilience patterns for non deterministic AI including retries and timeouts
- Implement reusable skills for business actions and tool usage
- Improve runtime reliability scalability and cost efficiency
- Integrate enterprise APIs services and data systems into skills
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews
