Tasks
- Assess robustness generalizability reproducibility stability and explainability
- Build reproducible test cases with fixtures and synthetic data
- Create automated test frameworks for APIs UI data pipelines and model serving
- Define integration system regression performance and UAT approaches
- Design edge case and distribution shift tests
- Design production like test environments with containers and Kubernetes
- Develop test strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit ready evidence
- Execute end to end testing for pipelines services and user workflows
- Maintain test data governance and versioning
- Mentor junior test engineers and communicate test results
- Perform defect management with root cause analysis
- Prepare validation packages and requirements traceability
- Troubleshoot tooling and infrastructure issues
- Validate data pipelines and AI model workflows
- Verify fixes and prevent regression
