Robotics Field Operations Associate (Wynwood, Miami)
Tasks
- Assist autonomous delivery robots in the field
- Clean robot sensors
- Document incidents and share observations
- Escalate critical safety events
- Handle maintain and store company tools devices and protective gear
- Manage robot charging and inventory tracking
- Monitor robot performance and troubleshoot issues
- Operate company vehicles for robot movement recovery and repositioning
- Perform light maintenance on robots
- Prepare inspect clean and place robots during deployments
- Secure charge sanitize and recover robotic assets end of shift
- Track document and close escalation tickets
