Tasks
- Build develop test and support data system components
- Develop data architecture and processes on AWS analytical services
- Distribute weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure database security and HIPAA GDPR compliance
- Ensure weekly EHR data updates
- Implement automated quality assurance for incoming data
- Implement backup and recovery for databases
- Integrate new panel members from EMR
- Lead data integrations and ETL processes
- Link and transform patient activity data
- Maintain and improve EMR database integrations
- Maintain collaborator relationships
- Maintain data documentation
- Normalize EMR data into data warehouse
- Perform systems analysis
