- Build BigQuery SQL for agent tool calls
- Build CI CD pipelines with Cloud Build
- Build ReAct reasoning and act loops
- Conduct code and prompt reviews and mentorship
- Configure IAM service accounts and permissions
- Define agent engineering standards and deployment gates
- Deploy agents to Vertex AI Agent Engine
- Deploy infrastructure with Cloud Run Jobs
- Design multi agent agent architecture
- Develop system prompts and output schemas
- Implement guardrails with input classification output validation and PII scrubbing
- Implement tool layer for agent integrations
- Instrument agents with Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring
- Integrate Vertex AI prediction endpoints into agent tool registry
- Maintain Vertex AI Search knowledge base
- Manage session memory with Firestore
- Orchestrate chatbot advisor and comparator modes
