Manager of Data and Analytics Offshore Hub
Tasks
- Allocate work across analyst team
- Clarify requirements manage stakeholder expectations
- Coach team on analytics consulting and data engineering standards
- Communicate progress risks and requirements
- Drive documentation runbooks and change control
- Ensure operational monitoring and alerting
- Escalate risks and issues promptly to leadership
- Implement QA gates for datasets and reports
- Lead offshore data and analytics delivery hub
- Line manage and develop analysts
- Manage backlog prioritization estimation dependencies
- Own delivery plan and weekly delivery rhythm
- Partner with finance revenue assurance product and operations
- Provide technical oversight for BigQuery SQL dbt Python and Power BI
- Support UAT and performance validation
- Support UAT sign-off
- Triage technical blockers and drive root cause fixes
