- Analyze CRM sales customer and operational data to identify trends risks and growth opportunities
- Build AI copilots intelligent assistants and Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions
- Build and maintain production ready AI models and MLOps processes
- Design develop deploy AI machine learning and generative AI solutions
- Develop dashboards and executive level reporting for pipeline performance forecast accuracy and sales productivity
- Develop predictive models for sales forecasting pipeline health lead scoring opportunity prioritization territory planning and customer segmentation
- Monitor AI model performance and reliability at scale
- Partner with Sales Sales Operations Revenue Operations and IT leaders to deliver scalable AI use cases
- Recommend emerging AI technologies to improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement
