Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics
Tasks
- Align tools and processes with delivery teams
- Define target-state data architecture
- Design controls in from the start
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory controls
- Ensure delivery meets non functional requirements
- Establish ci cd automated testing and quality gates
- Establish delivery governance
- Hire onboard and coach team
- Implement monitoring alerting incident management and runbooks
- Lead data and analytics technology team
- Lead data architecture and solution design reviews
- Manage MENAT portfolio priorities dependencies and capacity
- Set agile and devops ways of working
- Translate stakeholder outcomes into data roadmaps
