Identify and mitigate excess obsolete and slow moving inventory risks
Identify constraints early and develop mitigation scenarios
Lead or support supply review discussions in S and OP or IBP
Monitor and analyze supply planning KPIs
Optimize inventory positioning across regions
Present supply risks trade offs scenarios and recommendations to senior leadership
Support planning system enhancements and automation
Translate executive decisions into executable supply plans
