Sr Sales Analytics and Commission Analyst
Tasks
- Calculate commission payments
- Collaborate with sales design and finance stakeholders
- Complete ad hoc analyses and projects
- Generate management reports
- Handle case inquiries within SLAs
- Identify and investigate data discrepancies
- Investigate commission and bonus inquiries
- Manage variable compensation process
- Perform scenario analysis and modeling
- Prepare payroll files
- Prepare quarterly accounting accrual analyses
- Resolve transaction disputes and credits
- Respond to ad hoc requests
- Support GTM development cycle
- Support SOX controls documentation
- Validate revenue and compensation data
