Supervisor, E-Commerce Fulfillment

Tasks

• Collaborate with retail operations and cross functional teams
• Communicate operational updates risks and delays to leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and OSHA requirements
• Ensure quality packaging order presentation and delivery execution
• Ensure shipping documentation carrier labels and tracking accuracy
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized safe fulfillment workspaces
• Monitor order flow for accurate timely fulfillment
• Operate company vehicles and transport merchandise
• Participate in operational planning and implement new processes systems and tools
• Plan delivery routes and provide delivery updates
• Resolve fulfillment issues shipping delays damaged orders and customer escalations
• Supervise daily eCommerce fulfillment operations
• Support receiving replenishment cycle counts and inventory movement
• Track fulfillment performance metrics
• Train coach and support fulfillment staff
