- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Collaborate with research labs and industry partners
- Create reusable training scripts evaluation tools and model assets
- Deliver technical sharing seminars workshops and publications
- Develop train fine tune and evaluate multilingual multicultural multimodal foundation LLMs
- Review research papers and reproduce methods
- Support distributed model training workflows
- Translate research findings into training evaluation and deployment improvements
