Expert 3D CAD Records and Data Analyst
Tasks
- Analyze business requirements and end to end processes
- Coordinate 3D CAD check in and check out
- Coordinate SAP tasks for drawing custody and work order management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary review workflows
- Coordinate with IT to develop information solutions
- Create business cases and project estimates
- Create records management job aids and guidelines
- Ensure proper indexing in ProjectWise and Documentum
- Maintain 3D block and component libraries
- Maintain SharePoint records and performance reports
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Manage records lifecycle for engineering deliverables
- Participate in continuous improvement and change management
- Perform version control and data integrity management
- Support AutoCAD records inquiries and Autodesk resources
- Support UAT and quality reviews
- Support training and change communications
- Support validation of 3D model packages
- Track and resolve engineering and drafting kickbacks
