Valet / Bellman The Aspen Mountain Residences
Tasks
- Assist with luggage loading and unloading
- Coordinate guest needs with concierge and front desk
- Deliver luggage to guest rooms
- Greet guests and owners upon arrival and departure
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Handle vehicle key documentation and claim tickets
- Maintain clean organized bell and valet area
- Maintain storage logs and follow handling protocols
- Organize label and inventory owner storage
- Provide directions and property information
- Provide valet parking services
- Report vehicle or property damage to management
- Retrieve and store owner items in secured storage
- Retrieve guest vehicles upon request
- Safely drive and park guest vehicles
