- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Build and optimize MLOps pipelines
- Define governance and validation checks
- Deploy and tune ML and GenAI models
- Drive best practices across DevOps MLOps and AI
- Drive root cause analysis and eliminate recurring issues
- Ensure scalable infrastructure with containers and Kubernetes
- Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability
- Improve retrieval accuracy and reduce hallucinations
- Interface with business analytics and engineering teams
- Lead execution for small pods
- Maintain bot reliability and scheduling
- Manage data pipelines and integrations
- Mentor junior engineers and support teams
- Optimize RAG and prompt engineering
- Optimize latency cost and response quality
- Own and govern RPA platforms
- Own production systems and SLAs
- Provide status risks and KPI reporting
- Translate requirements into technical solutions
