- Conduct root cause analysis and incident management
- Define service reliability standards SLOs and incident response
- Develop and operate S3 compatible object storage service
- Establish engineering standards design reviews code quality CI CD automated testing observability
- Lead and grow multi team engineering organization
- Lead data movement tools for dataset staging
- Own roadmap execution for object storage service
- Partner with SRE platform networking and security for production transitions
- Provide status updates surface risks and advocate for resources
