Data Analyst, Software Engineering Track
Tasks
- Build expertise in data model business logic and data pipelines
- Communicate findings to Customer Success Support and customers
- Create engineering tickets with reproduction steps and evidence
- Design build test and maintain production software
- Expand technical skills in Python AI assisted development and Git
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve tooling and processes
- Investigate customer questions using SQL
- Partner with engineering product and customer teams to improve data quality
- Research issues end to end and identify root causes
- Take on technical projects and deliver improvements
- Validate findings across multiple data sources
- Validate fixes and ensure customer issues are resolved
