Tasks
- Assess team member performance and provide feedback
- Assist with hiring training and performance management
- Ensure SOP adherence for omni services
- Handle damaged and spoiled goods
- Lead omni fulfillment operations
- Maintain staging area standards
- Manage omni team members
- Manage returns processing
- Monitor SLAs and productivity metrics
- Perform daily and weekly omni reporting
- Pick orders using RF scanner
- Print shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Securely package orders
- Teach coach and train team on order pulling
- Update merchandise locations
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
