Senior AI Research Scientist – NLP, Information Retrieval & LLMs (Spain Remote)
Tasks
- Assess emerging research and identify opportunities for adoption
- Collaborate with applied AI and engineering teams to enable adoption
- Communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Design and conduct advanced experiments and feasibility studies
- Develop and apply machine learning innovations to complex business challenges
- Develop scalable reproducible and maintainable machine learning solutions
- Drive innovation in information retrieval product matching recommendation systems NLP and generative AI
- Lead or contribute to scientific publications patents and conference submissions
- Mentor and support other scientists
- Promote engineering excellence scientific rigor and best practices
- Research evaluate and adapt state of the art techniques to solve large scale AI problems
