Sr. Data Engineer
Tasks
- Define and operate medallion style lakehouse pipelines bronze to silver to gold
- Define enforce data quality checks validations and backfill strategies
- Ensure data correctness and reliability with monitoring on call and incident response
- Ingest data from databases data streams batch files and incremental feeds
- Own and evolve data lifecycle across systems from ingestion to ontology
- Partner with product science and platform teams to translate needs into technical designs
- Serve high quality data to analytics AI workflows and write back systems
- Simplify pipelines eliminate redundancy and automate recurring workflows
- Transform raw inputs into consistent data models
- Use AI assisted tools with review and validation for production readiness
