- Configure PI Analysis Service
- Configure PI Asset Framework
- Configure PI Data Archive
- Configure PI Vision
- Create PI Asset Framework templates and hierarchies
- Create operational dashboards in PI Vision
- Design data pipelines for OSI PI and MQTT
- Develop and configure COTS and custom applications
- Develop data historian systems in GMP environment
- Develop training materials
- Draft SOPs for PI system
- Draft validation documentation IQ OQ PQ
- Ensure PI system cybersecurity compliance
- Ensure PI system high availability disaster recovery
- Integrate data with ERP LIMS and PLM
- Monitor manufacturing data for investigations and troubleshooting
- Monitor system health for 247 reliability
- Perform application administration
- Perform system maintenance upgrades and security patching
- Provide diagnostic troubleshooting and on call support
- Provide technical mentorship for system users
- Support IT OT product portfolio project delivery
- Troubleshoot PI data for process optimization
