- Align technical execution with business goals and customer impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
- Conduct technical design reviews and enforce engineering standards
- Deploy machine learning models in production
- Integrate on premises pipelines with cloud infrastructure
- Lead and manage data engineering team
- Maintain and evolve data pipelines for scalability reliability performance
- Mentor and grow team members
- Own design implement optimize data pipelines on premises and cloud
- Support recruitment and team building
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data infrastructure issues
