Tasks
- Audit voice and text analytics accuracy
- Collaborate with deployment managers product and engineering
- Correlate interaction data to business outcomes
- Deliver custom demos
- Design automated scoring models
- Lead interaction architecture
- Own end to end POC and POV engagements
- Partner with sales engineers on discovery and evaluations
