- Build and maintain machine learning data pipelines
- Build automation and infrastructure for machine learning workflows
- Contribute to design and code reviews
- Ensure training and inference data accuracy consistency efficiency
- Lead and mentor MLops engineers

- Own end to end infrastructure and pipeline initiatives
- Partner with R and D to translate research needs into scalable systems
- Set engineering standards and technical direction
