Forward Deployed AI Engineer - ServiceNow (global role)
Tasks
- Build intelligent workflows with ServiceNow AI
- Configure workflows business rules client scripts UI policies script includes service catalogs integrations
- Design and implement ServiceNow scalable solutions
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP and IntegrationHub
- Develop AI powered automation and conversational experiences
- Develop and maintain scoped applications in ServiceNow Studio
- Ensure compliance with development standards security guidelines and ServiceNow best practices
- Participate in architecture discussions solution design workshops and technical governance
- Perform technical troubleshooting root cause analysis testing and defect resolution
- Support platform upgrades release management deployments and production stabilization
