Tasks
- Align and normalize data across systems including Salesforce and support tools
- Apply time series cohort regression and probability modeling
- Build and scale revenue intelligence analytics layer
- Centralize metric definitions and SQL logic consistency
- Create reusable datasets for analytics and BI
- Define and standardize SaaS metrics including NRR GRR and churn
- Design Tableau dashboards linking usage to revenue outcomes
- Design and maintain scalable data model with telemetry and revenue data
- Forecast renewals expansion and usage growth
- Predict expansion likelihood and identify churn and saturation risk
