- Conduct customer discovery and translate business needs into ML problems
- Define data modeling and retrieval strategy
- Define evaluation metrics for retrieval models
- Drive revenue intelligence roadmap for deal health and winning behavior
- Own RAG pipeline including chunking embeddings and indexing
- Provide semantic primitives event taxonomies and data contracts to product squads
- Write technical specifications for retrieval layers
