Advisor of Undergraduate Admissions & Enrollment (Temporary)
Tasks
- Coordinate with departments and international offices
- Handle telephone and walk in enquiries
- Improve admissions processes
- Manage CRM and admissions data entry
- Participate in on-campus and off-campus events
- Provide customer service to prospective students
- Support applicants in admission and enrollment
- Track application and enrollment documents
- Work one Saturday morning per 8 to 9 weeks
