Tasks
- Build internal developer platform capabilities
- Collaborate with infrastructure SRE security teams for reliability
- Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices
- Drive long term technical strategy for platform evolution
- Evaluate and implement LLM and RAG tooling
- Implement observability, logging, monitoring
- Improve CI CD pipelines and operational excellence
- Integrate LLM and agent frameworks into workflows
- Lead architecture and delivery of AI powered platform initiatives
- Mentor engineers and lead modernization initiatives
