Data Platform Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement for alerts and runbooks
- Escalate incidents with clear context
- Handle service queue tickets
- Monitor dashboards and alerts
- Participate in after hours on-call rotation
- Perform routine maintenance from runbooks
- Provide incident and maintenance status updates
- Respond to alerts using SOPs
- Rotate certificates and secrets
- Triage incidents using logs and metrics
- Update operational documentation and runbooks
- Validate connectivity and onboard workspaces
