- Ensure use of distribution management tools

- Identify operation improvement opportunities
- Manage distribution team
- Manage fleet planning
- Manage operational contingency plans
- Monitor FCE indicators
- Monitor KPIs in Power BI
- Monitor routing related issues and request corrections
- Monitor supplier service quality and delivery
- Optimize customer service time and resource use
- Plan and control product and material delivery
- Plan and coordinate distribution resources
- Reduce turnover and absenteeism
- Review third party service contracts monthly
- Run standard cycle and coordinate weekly and biweekly meetings
- Set and monitor team performance targets
- Support annual headcount and budget planning
- Support customer issue resolution audits
- Track time bank and overtime records
- Validate internal procedures and requirements
