Order Fulfillment Supervisor Full Time
Tasks
- Coach and train Omni team members on policies
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures
- Ensure department staffing levels
- Handle returns and damaged goods
- Lead omni order fulfillment operations
- Maintain SFC and BOPIC area cleanliness
- Maintain staging area organization
- Manage OMNI reporting daily and weekly
- Manage team member performance and feedback
- Meet SLA productivity and performance metrics
- Package orders per SOP
- Pick orders using handheld RF scanner
- Print packing slips and shipping labels
- Process member orders using pick list device
- Process omni digital initiatives including BOPIC and Same Day Delivery
- Update merchandise locations and equipment
- Verify merchandise with RF scanner
